Bitcoin Buying Index
A single number, updated daily, describing where Bitcoin sits in its market cycle. The scale runs 0 to 100: high values indicate conditions historically associated with cycle bottoms, low values with cycle tops.
This index is new and unproven. It has not been tested against extreme or unprecedented market conditions, and it may behave in ways this site cannot anticipate. Nothing here is financial advice.
About this index
The index combines several independent measures — price-derived, on-chain, and macroeconomic — into one value between 0 and 100. Each input is normalised against its own history and the results are weighted into a single composite. Component values are computed and recorded but are not shown here; only the composite is published.
How to read it
The index describes present conditions relative to Bitcoin's past. It is not a forecast, and it does not say what will happen next. High and low readings describe where things stand, not what to do about it.
Data and updates
Recalculated once daily from public sources. The date shown above the chart is the date of the most recent value. If the daily update fails, a notice appears at the top of the page.
